This Mil-Spec style selector is designed to function with the Rare Breed Triggers FRT-15L3® & FRT-15C3®.
0°/90°/180° Selector Geometry
The selector is a single-sided, Mil-Spec style selector where Safe position is at 0°, Semi-Auto position is at 90°, and FRT® position is at 180°. When paired with the FRT-15L3® or FRT-15C3®, this traditional 3-position Mil-Spec style selector provides distinct and intuitive access to Safe, Semi-Auto, and FRT® modes through familiar 90-degree rotational increments.
Durable Construction for Long-Lasting Performance
Crafted from high quality materials, the Mil-Spec selector is precision machined from heat-treated 8620 steel and finished with a durable black phosphate coating for long-term strength, wear resistance, and corrosion protection. This robust construction ensures reliability and longevity.

I’m soooo happy to see you guys are now offering these. I just picked up a handful.

I had emailed RB about this exact selector some time back. Because all of my ARs are retro. And I’ve never cared for the one’s offered with their FRTs. I was thrilled to see them on their site. I’ve ordered two and have swapped out the ambi selectors with these. I’m happy to say that they look and perform awesome. They do have the tic mark on the right side, which works well with my A2 COTS lowers, but is not correct for my A1 lowers. But that’s just fine with me. I’m not gonna sweat that very small detail at all. Now give us the option of getting it standard with the AR FRT triggers.
If there’s a way of designing the AR FRT triggers to be installed with mil-spec pins, that would be awesome as well. Us retro guys can be nerds over these things sometimes.
Thanks again for offering the mil spec selector. I’ll definitely be purchasing more of them when needed.
